Sales and checkout overview
How products, checkouts and orders fit together in Zanfia, what you can add to a checkout, and where each setting lives.
A sale in Zanfia is a customer paying (or signing up for free) through a checkout attached to a product. This article explains the pieces, where they live in the dashboard, and links to the how-to for each one.
Products vs. checkouts
| Concept | What it is |
|---|---|
| Product | The thing the customer gets: a course, community, download, newsletter, consultation, service or custom product. Lives under Products. |
| Checkout | The page where the customer buys or signs up. One product can have several checkouts (for example a launch price and a standard price). |
| Offer | The everyday word for anything purchasable. In the dashboard the sidebar group is called Offers and each purchasable page is a checkout. |
| Order | One completed (or attempted) purchase. Orders are listed under Transactions. |
A checkout is either Paid (has one or more prices) or Free (a signup that grants access without payment). Both types share the same editor.

Plan availability
Checkouts, prices, discount codes, offer deadlines, the thank-you page, the orders list and the workflow-based abandoned-checkout recovery are available on every plan. Order bumps are available on Growth and above. One-time offers are included in every current plan. A paid checkout can only be published once a payment gateway (for example Stripe or Przelewy24) is connected in Settings.
Good to know
Every checkout has a shareable link (Open live / Copy link in the editor header). You can send that link anywhere: a sales page, an email, a social post. Customers land straight on the checkout.
