Delete a workspace
Delete a whole workspace from the Danger zone: who can do it, what stops working immediately, how long the data is kept, and how to get the workspace back.
Deleting a workspace removes the whole business at once: "all its products, content, clients, orders, and settings". Access is cut off immediately and the data is permanently erased after 30 days. Your own login and your other workspaces are not touched. To remove a single product instead, see Delete a product.
Before you start

Delete the workspace
Open the Danger zone
Open Settings → Workspace (/settings/workspace) and scroll to the bottom. The Danger
zone card ("Irreversible actions for this workspace.") contains Delete this workspace with a
red Delete workspace button.
Read the confirmation
Click Delete workspace. The Delete this workspace? window explains that every team member loses access immediately and that all data is permanently erased after 30 days, with the warning This operation is irreversible.
Type the workspace name
Type the exact name of the workspace in the field and click Delete workspace. A name that does not match shows The name you typed doesn't match the workspace name.; the window stays open and nothing is deleted. Cancel closes the window without changes.
Land in another workspace
You see Workspace deleted. If you have another workspace, the app reloads into it and the deleted one is gone from the workspace list. If it was your only workspace, you are taken to the login page.
What happens next

You cannot undo this yourself
There is no restore button. If the workspace was deleted by mistake, contact support within 30 days and the Zanfia team can restore it with all its products, clients and settings: "Deleted it by mistake? Contact support within 30 days and we can restore it." After 30 days the data is gone for good.
