Find and filter clients
Search the client list, narrow it by product access, tags, segment, email subscription, purchases and spend, sort it, and read the filter chips.
The client list answers questions like "who has course A but not the community" or "who spent at least 500 and is unsubscribed". When you finish, the table shows exactly the group you need, and every export or bulk action you start applies to that group.
Open the client list
In the sidebar open Customers → All customers (/customers). The table has the columns
Customer (name, email and tags), Access, Orders, Total Spent and Last Updated.
Above it are the search box Search by name or email, the Filter button, the Tags
button and the sort menu. The total, for example "128 customers", is on the right. Clicking a row
opens the client profile.
Search and sort
Type a name or an email address in the search box; the list updates when you stop typing. The sort menu offers Newest, Oldest, Name (A→Z), Name (Z→A), Most spent and Most access. Under the table you choose 25, 50 or 100 rows per page; the choice is remembered in your browser.
Open the filter panel
Click Filter. The panel has no Apply button: each change takes effect at once. Its sections, top to bottom, are listed in the table below. Clear filters in the panel header resets the panel.
Filter by tags
Tags have their own button next to Filter. Click Tags, use Search tags… if the list is
long, and tick one or more tags. Clear removes the tag selection and Manage tags opens the
tag list (/customers/tags).
Read and remove the chips
Every active filter, including the search text, appears as a chip above the table, for example "Any of: Course A", "Subscription: Unsubscribed" or "Spent: ≥ 100 PLN". The small x on a chip removes that one filter. With two or more chips a Clear all link appears at the end of the row. The Filter and Tags buttons show a badge with the number of active filters.
Sections of the filter panel
| Section | Options | What it matches |
|---|---|---|
| Segment | One saved segment, or Manage segments | Clients who meet the segment's conditions. See Tags and segments. |
| Product access | Any, Has access to anything, Has no access at all | Active clients, or contacts with no product access |
| Products | Up to 10 products, then Has any, Has all or Has none | Clients who hold any, all or none of the picked products. Only direct purchases and grants count; access included through a plan bundle does not. |
| Email subscription | Any, Subscribed, Unsubscribed, Pending confirmation, Never captured | The marketing email status. Never captured means the client never went through an email signup, typical for imports and older buyers. |
| SMS | Has phone number, SMS consent | Clients you can reach by text message |
| Purchases | Any, Has purchased, Never purchased | Whether the client has at least one order |
| Total spent | Min and Max, in your main currency | Lifetime spend within the range. The list updates shortly after you stop typing. |
Filters combine: a client must match every active filter to stay in the list. Within Products, the mode decides how the picked products combine, and the chip follows it ("Any of", "All of", "None of").
Good to know
The Access column counts products the client holds directly; access that comes through a plan bundle is not counted there. Changing a filter or the search clears any rows you had ticked, so a bulk action never runs on clients you can no longer see. Export CSV and Bulk actions for all always use the filters that are active at that moment.
Links that open a filtered list
Some screens send you to the list with a filter already applied: Show clients next to a tag or a segment opens the list filtered to it, and the active-clients figure on the Dashboard opens the list with Has access to anything. You can add more filters on top.
