Social media (/marketing/social) keeps your posts in three states: drafts, scheduled and published. When you finish, you will know how to park a post as a draft, schedule it, move it on the calendar and read the results afterwards. The tabs next to the page title are Publish, Calendar, Posts, Statistics and Accounts; Channels appears once an account with readable content, such as Instagram, is connected.

Save a draft

In the composer click Save draft. You see Draft saved. and the post stays in the composer. Drafts are stored in your workspace, not in the browser, so they wait for you on any device under Posts → Drafts. Each draft card has Edit, which loads it back into the composer, and a More menu with Duplicate and Delete. Saving an edited draft updates the same draft; it does not create a second one.

Schedule a post

1

Prepare the post

Write the post in the composer and select the accounts, the same way as for publishing at once. The Schedule button next to Publish now becomes active when every selected network is ready.

2

Pick the time

Click Schedule, choose the date and time under Publish at and click Schedule post. The time has to be at least a few minutes ahead. You see Post scheduled for [date], the composer clears itself and the Calendar opens on that day. A draft that gets scheduled moves out of Drafts; it is not copied.

3

Let it go out

At the chosen time Zanfia publishes the post for you; you do not need to have the app open. Afterwards the post sits in Posts → Published with a View post link per account.

What can be scheduled

Scheduling supports feed posts with text and images. Video, Stories and Reels are published right away; with those the Schedule button is inactive and explains why on hover.

Work with the calendar

The Calendar tab shows scheduled posts and carries a badge with their number. A switch changes the layout between Month, Week and List; Today and the arrows move through time.

You want toDo this
Write a post for a given dayMonth: double-click an empty day. Week: click an empty slot. Or select a day and click New post for this day.
Move a post to another timeDrag it to another day or slot, or use Reschedule and pick a new time.
Change the contentOpen the post and click Edit. The composer shows Edit scheduled post; Schedule saves the changes, Publish now sends it right away, Discard changes leaves it as it was.
Cancel a scheduled postMove to drafts, then confirm. The post returns to Drafts and nothing is published.
Reuse a postDuplicate copies it to drafts.
Remove it completelyDelete.

The calendar colors posts as Scheduled, Published and Failed. Small icons filter it by network, and three more icons overlay your other planned activity on the same grid: Community posts, Email campaigns and Launches. A day that has already passed cannot receive a new post.

Review what was published

Posts → Published lists every post sent from Zanfia with the text, the media, the publication time and one result per account: a View post link, or the word "failed" with the reason when that account refused the post. A scheduled post that could not be published is marked Failed and stays in this list with the reason for each account.

The More menu offers Duplicate, Delete from LinkedIn (for posts that went to LinkedIn; the post disappears from your profile and the history entry stays) and Delete. Deleting an entry only removes it from your history: "The published post itself stays live." With Instagram connected, a Recent on @[account] section under the list shows the account's latest posts.

Follow your audience

The Statistics tab records the size of your audience on every connected channel, plus your newsletter list, once a week. It works even before any account is connected.

1

Add the first measurement

On an empty tab click Add measurement. Zanfia reads the current numbers from the connected accounts and saves them as the first point. From then on a new point is added automatically once a week; Add measurement takes another reading whenever you want.

2

Read the dashboard

The top cards summarize What changed, Fastest growth, Biggest mover and Watchlist. Below are the Total audience, a Combined audience chart with the ranges 8 wk, 3 mo and 6 mo, the Weekly change and a card per channel with Current, Avg / week, Acceleration and Goal.

3

Set goals and correct data

Manage goals sets a target number per channel; the channel card then estimates when you reach it at the pace of the last 4 weeks. In Historical data, Edit on a row corrects a measurement; corrected values are marked as manual and are not overwritten by automatic captures. LinkedIn does not share a follower count, so that column is filled in by hand. One-off changes, such as a cleanup of inactive subscribers, can be noted as a data event and excluded from forecasts.

Good to know

The Channels tab shows the content of a connected Instagram account inside Zanfia: recent posts with filters, and Save to media library to reuse an image or video in a new post.
