Integrations overview

A map of every connection on the Integrations screen: payment gateways, invoicing, email tools, social media, SMS, analytics, other apps, API keys and webhooks, and what a "Coming soon" badge means.

Integrations is where you connect Zanfia to the services you already use: the gateway that takes the money, the system that issues invoices, your mailing tool, your social accounts, and your own code. This page lists everything the screen offers and points to the article for each connection.

How the Integrations screen works

Open Integrations in the left sidebar (/integrations). The rail on the left has two groups:

GroupWhat it holds
Apps & servicesOutside services that plug into Zanfia: All, Payments, Email marketing, Invoices, Social media, SMS, Ads, Analytics, Other apps
Integrate ZanfiaZanfia plugging into your own site or tools: API, MCP and CLI, Paywall, Checkout embed, Website tracking

Every tab is a catalog of cards. A card you have not connected sits under Available and has a Connect button. A connected card moves to Connected, shows a green Connected badge and a Manage button, and, where several accounts are allowed, the number of accounts. On the SMS and Analytics cards, a Needs attention badge marks a connection that stopped working and should be reconnected. Other cards do not show it: an invoicing card, for example, keeps the Connected badge even when its key has expired, and the problem shows up as Issue error on orders instead. The All tab (/integrations/all) shows every card in one place with a Search integrations… box.

Viewing this screen requires the integrations permission in your team role. See Team members and roles for roles.

Global and local sections

The Payments and Invoices tabs split the available cards into a global and a local section. Local payments (PayU, Tpay, Paynow, Przelewy24) and Local invoicing (Fakturownia, iFirma, inFakt, wFirma, ING Księgowość) are services for creators selling in Poland. For a creator based in Poland these sections are open; for everyone else the local payments section starts folded (click its header to open it) and the local invoicing providers are not listed unless one is already connected.

What "Coming soon" means

Coming soon

A card with a purple Coming soon badge has no Connect button. The integration is not open to everyone yet; for some networks the provider still has to approve the connection. Right now this applies to Threads, YouTube and TikTok on the Social media tab and to Meta Ads on the Ads and Analytics tabs. Dodo Payments and the import of existing Stripe subscriptions are also not open yet and do not appear on the screen at all.

A Coming soon badge is not a plan limit: there is no upgrade that unlocks it. When an integration launches, the badge disappears and Connect appears without any action on your side. If your workspace already has such a connection, it keeps working and its card shows Manage as usual.

SMS, Paywall and Checkout embed

SMS (/integrations/sms) connects your own SMSAPI or Twilio account; both can be connected at the same time. With two accounts a Default account for workflows switch appears: "Workflow "Send SMS" steps go through this account. SMS campaigns pick their account in the editor." A card with Needs attention means the provider rejected the saved token; reconnect it to start sending again.

Paywall (/integrations/paywall) protects a page on your own website. A visitor has to log in to Zanfia to confirm they own the product; a visitor who does not own it is redirected to the checkout where they can buy it. Choose the Product (and, for a product with plans, optionally a Plan), pick the Authorization domain, then copy the Code to insert on the page and paste it into the head section of your page.

Checkout embed (/integrations/checkout-embed) adds one of your checkouts to any page of your own site as a slide-in drawer, a modal, or inline. Click Open the embed editor, pick the checkout, configure the embed and copy the code from the full-screen editor with a live preview.

Plans

API keys, the MCP endpoint, the CLI, webhooks, invoicing integrations, payment gateways and the apps on the Other apps tab are part of every current Zanfia plan. If your workspace is on an older plan that does not include API access or webhooks, those pages show a notice instead of the feature; write to support@zanfia.com.
