Orders and transactions
Read the Transactions list: filter orders by date, product, price and status, open the details, issue an invoice and export to CSV.
Every purchase, free signup and renewal is an order, and all orders live in one list called Transactions. When you finish, you will know how to find a specific order, what its status means, and how to issue an invoice or export the list.
The list
Open Transactions (/orders) from the sidebar. The page title shows the number of transactions in the current view and an Export to CSV button in the top-right corner. One row of filters sits above the table: a date range (preset to the current month), a search box (Type e-mail or surname...), a Product selector and a checked Hide test orders box. A summary strip shows Number of paid transactions and Total transactions amount.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date of the transaction | Orders from the last two days show a relative time (for example "an hour ago") with the exact date underneath; older ones show the date and time. |
| Full name | The client's name and email. Clicking the name opens the client's profile. Test orders carry a [TEST] tag. |
| Product | The product bought, with any order-bump products as extra tags. |
| Price | The amount, with the payment kind in small print (one-time payment, subscription, and Renewal for a renewed subscription). |
| Payment method | The instrument (Card, BLIK, Online transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank transfer, Free, and so on) with the gateway underneath. |
| Status | The order status tag (see below). |
| Invoice | Issued, Not sent, Issue error or None, the invoice number when one exists, and a gear icon to issue one. |
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment succeeded and access was granted. |
| Created | The order was started but not paid (for example the customer left the payment page). |
| Unpaid | The payment failed. |
| Trial | A subscription in its trial period. |
| Refunded | The payment was refunded. |
| Free | A free signup. |
| Awaiting payment | A bank-transfer order waiting for you to confirm the money arrived (Approve / Reject under the tag). |
By default the list shows Created, Trial, Paid, Unpaid and Refunded orders. Test purchases are hidden until you untick Hide test orders.
Filter and search
Pick a period
Click into the date range to use the shortcuts Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, This quarter and This year, or pick your own range. The list and the summary strip update to that period.
Filter by amount and payment kind
Click the funnel icon in the Price column header. Enter Price from and Price to, and optionally tick One time payment, Subscription, New payments only or Renewals only, then press OK. Clear price filter removes it.
Filter by status and invoice state
The funnel on the Status column lists every status plus Invoice issued, No invoice and Invoice error. Tick the ones you want and press OK.
Your filters are written into the address bar (from=, to=, products=, status= and so on), so a copied link opens the same filtered view. Resetting the filters returns the address to a clean /orders. The page size you pick at the bottom of the table is remembered.
Open the details
Click anywhere on a row (not on the name) to open Transaction details: the client with a copy icon next to the email, the product, date and time, price, status, Payment type, Payment method, Invoice issued, a copyable Transaction ID, a Coupon code when one was used and a folded Billing information section. The footer buttons Client profile and Go to product take you to those pages.
Issue an invoice
A Paid row without an invoice shows a gear icon in the Invoice column. Click it and choose Issue invoice: the Edit and issue invoice window lets you check the billing data before the invoice is created through your connected invoicing integration. An order with an Issue error offers Edit and retry invoice issue instead. Unpaid rows have no gear.
Export
Export to CSV downloads the orders in the current filtered view as a spreadsheet file; a message confirms Transactions export finished.
Good to know
Orders from a specific discount code are also listed on that code's page under Offers → Discount codes. A client's own orders are on their profile under Customers.
