Buy AI credits, transcription minutes and storage
Top up your workspace with one-time AI credit or transcription minute packs, add extra storage to your plan, and see where each add-on shows up and how it is billed.
Add-ons extend a paid plan without changing it. There are three: AI credit packs, transcription minute packs and extra storage. When you finish this article you will know how to buy each one, what is charged, and where the result is visible.
The three add-ons

Add-ons need an active paid plan paid by card, and only the workspace Owner can buy them. On a trial, the rows on the Billing page are visible but locked with Available on paid plans. and an Upgrade plan button that opens the plan picker. If your plan was granted manually, the rows say that add-ons require a card-billed subscription and ask you to contact Zanfia. Pack sizes and prices are shown in the purchase window.
Buy a credit or minute pack
Open the pack list
Go to Settings → Usage (/settings/usage) and click Buy credits in the AI credits
section, or Buy minutes in the Transcription section. The same buttons are on Settings →
Billing (/settings/billing) in the AI credits and Transcription minutes rows. The
window Buy AI credits (or Buy transcription minutes) lists the packs, each with a price
button and the note Valid for 12 months.
Pick a pack and review the charge
Click the price button of a pack. You stay in the same window, which switches to a confirmation step: "Review the charge before we bill your card. Nothing has been charged yet." It shows Credits (or Minutes), Total to pay with the exact amount, a note such as includes [amount] tax when tax applies, and your saved card, for example Visa card ending in 4242.
Pay or go back
Click Pay [amount] to charge the saved card. Back returns to the pack list and charges nothing. Pay with a different card (Stripe Checkout) takes you to a Stripe payment page instead.
Check the balance
A green message confirms Payment received - your credits will appear in a moment. and the window closes. On Settings → Usage a box Extra credits (or Extra minutes) shows the purchased amount with Expires and the date. The Monthly allowance (or Monthly minutes) meter does not change: purchased packs are a separate pool.
Purchased credits and minutes are used only after the monthly allowance of your plan runs out. The monthly allowance resets every month; the pack stays until it is used up or expires. What uses AI credits is described in AI credits.
If the payment needs attention

Add, resize or remove extra storage
Open the Extra storage row
On Settings → Billing find the Extra storage row and click Add storage.
Choose a size
The Extra storage window lists the available sizes, each with its price per month or per year, matching the billing period of your plan. Pick one and click Confirm. No payment page opens: "Billed with your subscription on the same invoice; the prorated difference is charged now."
Check the result
The row now shows a blue tag with the size, for example +50 GB, and the buttons Change size and Remove. On Settings → Usage the total of the Storage meter is higher by that amount, and a new invoice appears in Payment History.
Resize or remove
Change size opens the same window; pick another size and click Confirm. Remove asks Remove extra storage?; confirm with Remove add-on and you see Storage add-on removed. The storage total goes back to the limit of your plan.
Good to know
Removing extra storage never deletes files: "Your media is never deleted - but if you're over your plan's limit, new uploads will be blocked. Unused time is credited on your next invoice." Changes are prorated, so you pay only for the time you use. Every add-on purchase appears in Payment History with its invoice; see Invoices and payment method.
