Telegram inbox
Share your Telegram invite link, receive messages from people who start the bot with it, reply from the inbox with no time limit, and link senders to client profiles.
Telegram needs no account connection on your side. Zanfia runs one Telegram bot for all creators, and your personal invite link tells the bot that a person wants to talk to you. Whoever opens the link and presses Start can write to you, and their messages land in your inbox.
Open the Telegram tab
In the sidebar open Customers → Inbox and click the Telegram pill
(/communication/telegram). The left column is headed by the bot's name, starting with @, with an
Invite link button next to it. An empty inbox says "No Telegram messages yet. Share your
invite link - messages from people who start the bot with it will show up here."
Copy and share your invite link
Click Invite link. You see "Invite link copied. Share it - whoever opens it and presses Start
lands in this inbox." The link has the form https://t.me/<botname>?start=<code>. Put it wherever
your audience can find it: a page, an email, your social profiles.
What the other person does
They open the link in Telegram and press START. The bot answers "✅ Connected! Write your message here and the team will reply in this chat." (in Polish when their Telegram is set to Polish). Nothing appears in your inbox yet; a conversation is created by their first real message.
Read the conversation
The conversation appears by itself, named by the person's Telegram name or @username, with the message as a preview and a colored dot. Click it: their messages are on the left, and the header shows their name with "Telegram" underneath. A photo sent without a caption shows as "[Attachment]"; with a caption, the caption text is shown.
Reply
Type in Reply on Telegram… (up to 4,096 characters) and click Send. The reply appears on the right and arrives in the person's Telegram chat from the bot. The row's preview then starts with "You: ".
Link the sender to a client
Click Link to client in the conversation header, search for the client and pick them. After "Linked to client." the header shows a Client profile link, and the conversation is listed on the client's profile under Linked channels.
How Telegram differs from Instagram and WhatsApp
| Topic | Telegram |
|---|---|
| Connection | None. You only share the invite link. |
| Reply window | No limit. There is no "h to reply" tag and the reply field is always active once the person has started the chat. |
| Who can reach you | Only people who opened your invite link and pressed Start |
| Who your reply is from | The shared bot, not a personal Telegram account |
Good to know
One Telegram account talks to one creator at a time: the invite link it opened last decides where its messages go. Someone who writes to the bot without opening any invite link gets a hint to open the creator's link and press Start, and nothing reaches your inbox. This tab has no Message all or New message button, because a Telegram conversation always starts on the other person's side.
