Email and login history

Check which emails Zanfia sent to your clients, whether they were delivered, why one failed and what to do about it, and see when clients signed in.

"I never got the email" is the most common client question. The History view answers it: it lists every email sent to your clients with its delivery status, and every client sign-in. It is a record only; nothing is written or sent from here.

Open the history

Open Customers and click the History pill next to the page title (/customers/history). Two tabs appear: Emails (/customers/history/emails) and Logins (/customers/history/logins).

Find out what happened to an email

1

Filter to the client

On Emails, type the address into Filter by email address… and press Enter. A chip "To: [address]" appears and the list shows only emails to that address; the x on the chip clears it. You can also arrive here already filtered: View emails in the inbox's client panel opens this list for that client.

2

Read the row

Each row shows Sent (date and time), Recipient, Subject, Source (for example After purchase, Campaign, Automation, Certificate) and Status. A recipient who is a known client is a link to their profile. When the content was stored, the subject is a link that opens the email as it was sent.

3

Act on a problem

A row with a delivery problem shows the reason in red under the status and a link: Fix address on profile for bounced and failed emails, Open client profile for the others. On the profile you can correct the address and use Resend access email, see Change a client's email address.

4

Filter by status

The All statuses dropdown narrows the list to one status, for example Bounced, to review every undelivered email at once. Load more at the bottom of the table fetches older rows, 100 at a time.

Statuses

StatusMeaningWhat to do
SentThe email left Zanfia; the recipient's mail server has not confirmed delivery yet.Wait; the status changes by itself.
DeliveredThe recipient's mail server accepted the email. If the client cannot see it, ask them to check spam and other folders.
Bounced"The recipient's mailbox rejected the message. The address may not exist or is blocking mail." or a temporary rejection such as a full mailbox.Check the address for typos and fix it on the profile.
Spam complaint"The recipient marked a previous message as spam, so sending was stopped."Reach the client through another channel.
Suppressed"This address is blocked after an earlier delivery rejection."Correct the address and resend, or reach the client another way.
Unsubscribed"The recipient unsubscribed from this type of email. The message was skipped, not lost."Nothing; the client chose not to receive it.
Failed"A temporary technical issue on our side prevented this send. It was not delivered."Send again, for example with Resend access email on the profile.

What the list contains

The list holds emails sent to your clients: purchase confirmations and access links, reminders, automation emails, campaigns, community notifications and certificates. An empty list reads "No emails yet. Emails sent to your clients - receipts, automations, campaigns - will show up here." For emails sent in bulk, the stored copy is shared, so personalized parts such as the unsubscribe link show one recipient's version.

Logins

The Logins tab lists your clients' sign-ins to your platform with Date, Email, Method (for example Code, Magic Link or Password), Status (Success or Failed), IP Address and Device. Use it to confirm that a client managed to sign in, or to see that their attempts fail. Sign-ins of your own team are not here; they are in the security settings of your account, see Two-factor authentication and login activity.

Good to know

The same information is available per client: on a client profile the Activity tab has Emails and Logins filters, and the Emails tile shows the share of delivered emails. The profile also collects emails sent to the client's previous addresses.
