Change your Zanfia plan
Move your workspace to a higher or lower Zanfia plan, or switch between monthly and annual billing, and see exactly what is charged before you confirm.
You change the plan of a workspace in Settings → Billing. When you finish, the workspace is on the new plan, its limits are updated, and you know what was charged or credited. Only the workspace Owner can change the plan; other roles see the Billing tab without the buttons.
Change the plan
Open Billing
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and choose Billing (/settings/billing). The top
of the page shows the current plan, its price, the status and Next payment with the date.
Click Change the plan.
Compare the plans
The plan picker shows one card per plan (Starter Plan, Growth Plan, Pro Plan, Scale Plan) with its price, limits and features. Use the Monthly billing / Annual billing switch at the top to change the billing period; on annual billing each card also shows the full yearly amount paid up front. Your current plan is marked Current plan and has no button.
Pick a plan
Click Change the plan on the card you want. A short Processing plan update... message appears. A card whose limits are lower than what you use today cannot be picked; it shows Doesn't cover your current usage with the limits in question.
Review and confirm
Where you confirm depends on your subscription, see the table below. In every case you see the new plan and the amount before anything is charged, and you can back out.
Check the result
You return to Settings → Billing. The plan name at the top changes (it can take up to a minute; refresh the page if needed) and Payment History gets a new entry for the charge.

How the amount is calculated
A plan change takes effect immediately and is prorated: "The difference is prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. The change takes effect immediately after you confirm." Moving up shows a charge, for example "[amount] will be charged to your card now". Moving down in the middle of a period can show a credit instead: "[amount] will be credited toward your future invoices".
With several workspaces, only the workspace you are in changes plan. The others stay on their plans. Switch to another workspace first if that is the one you want to change; see Create a second workspace and switch between them.
Good to know
The currency of an active paid subscription is fixed, so the currency switch at the bottom of the plan picker appears only before your first payment. If you are on a plan that is no longer sold, it is shown below the cards as Legacy plan: you keep its price and features for as long as you stay on it, and after switching to a new plan you cannot return to it. What happens next
The new limits apply right away and the meters on Settings → Usage (/settings/usage) use them. If a plan change is refused with an error, nothing was charged; try again in a moment, and if it repeats, write to support from the Help Center.
