Refer a creator and earn commission
Join the Zanfia referral program, share your link with other creators, follow who signed up and what you earn, and choose between settling your subscription and a payout.
The referral program rewards you for recommending Zanfia to other creators. When you finish, you will have your own referral link and know how to read the dashboard that tracks signups, commission and payouts. This program is about creators who become Zanfia customers; referral programs for your own customers are a separate feature that is not available yet.
The terms
The program page states the terms you accept when you join:
- The program is open to every Zanfia account in good standing; access may be revoked for abuse.
- You earn 30% of every payment a referred customer makes during their first 12 months.
- A referral counts when someone signs up through your link, within 30 days of their first click.
- Referring yourself or accounts you control is not allowed; such commissions are void.
- No spam, misleading claims, or bidding on the Zanfia brand in ads.
- Commissions accrue to your Zanfia balance. On request your subscription invoices are settled from it, and a balance above 200 zł / $50 can be paid out in cash once a quarter.
- The program may change or end with notice.
Join and share your link
Open Refer and earn
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and choose Refer and earn 30%, or go to
/referrals. The page is titled Refer creators. Earn 30% for a year. and shows an example of
what one referral earns you on a given plan.
Join the program
Read the terms in the Join the referral program box and click Agree & join. You see Welcome aboard - your link is ready! Until you join there is no link, no statistics and no table.
Copy your link
Under Your referral link click Copy link (Link copied to clipboard). The link leads to
the Zanfia homepage with your code attached, for example https://zanfia.com/?ref=…. The code is
carried over when the visitor moves on to pricing or to the sign-up form.
Share it
The icons next to Share via open X, LinkedIn, Facebook or your e-mail app with a short ready-made message that already contains your link.
Read the dashboard
Once the first person signs up, three tiles appear: Signed up, Paying now and Est. commission / month. The table Your referrals lists each referral:

| Your cut | Your monthly commission from this referral, with the number of months of earning left. |
| Earned so far | The commission already earned from this referral. |
You also get the e-mail "Your referral just joined Zanfia 🎉" when someone signs up through your link. Commission starts when the referred creator pays for a plan; a trial earns nothing yet. If they cancel or get a refund, your commission stops with them.
Payouts and settling your subscription
When you have earned commission, the section Your payouts shows Commission earned to date, Paid out and To be paid out, followed by the Payout history (each entry is a Bank transfer or a Subscription settlement). Earnings are calculated from the invoices your referrals actually paid during their 12-month window.
The card Settle your subscription from commission has one switch, Settle my subscription from commission:

| On | When your commission balance covers the next invoice for your Zanfia subscription, it is settled from the balance instead of charging your card. No invoice is issued for such a period; it is a mutual settlement. When the balance is short, your card is charged as usual and you are e-mailed beforehand. |
| Off | Your commission waits for a bank-transfer payout. Above 200 zł / $50 you can request one once a quarter. |
The line under the description tells you what will happen to the next invoice, with its date and amount. Without an active card-billed subscription it reads "You have no active card-billed subscription - nothing to settle."
Good to know
Two e-mails accompany settlement: "Your Zanfia subscription for [period] was settled from your referral commission" after a settled renewal, and "Your referral balance won't cover the next Zanfia renewal - we'll charge your card" when the balance is too low. Bank transfers are recorded by the Zanfia team, so a payout appears in the history after it has been made.
