Connect Stripe or Przelewy24, run a test purchase on your checkout, share the checkout link, and find the order in Transactions.

When you finish this page a paid checkout of yours accepts real payments through your own Stripe or Przelewy24 account, you have seen a test order go through end to end, and you know where every order lands. You need a published product from Launch your first product and an account with the gateway you want to use.

1

Open the payment gateways

In the sidebar open Integrations and choose the Payments tab (/integrations/payments). Gateways you have not connected are listed under Available, grouped into Global payments (Stripe, PayPal) and Local payments (Przelewy24, PayU, Tpay, Paynow for Poland). Connected ones move to Connected. Each card has a Connect button; connected cards show Manage instead. There is also Manual payment for bank transfers you confirm by hand, if you do not want a gateway at all.

2

Connect Stripe (cards, BLIK, Przelewy24 via Stripe)

Click Connect on the Stripe card. A window titled Connect Stripe to accept payments opens; click Connect with Stripe. You are taken to Stripe to log in or create your Stripe account and approve the connection, then sent back to Zanfia, where a Stripe connected window confirms it; click Got it. From now on the Stripe card shows Manage, where you can see the status of each payment method (card, Przelewy24, BLIK, Klarna), turn Stripe Tax on, and open your Stripe dashboard.

3

Or connect Przelewy24 with your merchant keys

Click Connect on the Przelewy24 card. The Connect Przelewy24 window asks for Merchant ID, POS ID (leave empty if you have one shop; it then equals the Merchant ID), API Key and CRC Key. Each field has a Where do I find this? guide pointing to the right page of the Przelewy24 panel. One detail matters: next to the API key in the Przelewy24 panel, put % in the IP address field and save it, because Zanfia's servers have no fixed address. Leave Automatically enable this payment gateway on all existing prices (recommended) ticked and click Save.

4

Make sure your price uses the gateway

Open your product, go to the Checkouts tab and open the checkout. Each paid price has a Payment gateway setting; with the "automatically enable" box from the previous step it is already on. If your checkout was blocked from publishing with Connect a payment gateway, the block disappears now and you can publish it.

5

Run a test purchase

In the checkout editor (/checkouts/{id}) click Test purchase in the header (if the checkout was never saved you see Save the checkout first to run a test purchase.). A test version of your checkout opens: fill it in and pay as a customer would. No money moves and no card is charged, but everything else runs for real: the buyer gets the access email, the client record is created, and an order marked [TEST] appears in Transactions. Create shareable link in the same menu makes a test link you can hand to a teammate for 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days.

6

Share the checkout link

In the product header open Share & preview → Copy checkout link, or use Copy link in the window that appeared when you published. This is the address you put in your bio, newsletter or ad. Customers open it, pick a payment method offered by your gateway and pay; they receive access straight after payment.

7

See the order

Open Transactions (/orders) in the sidebar. The list shows the current month with the columns Date of the transaction, Full name, Product, Price and Status, and a summary strip with Number of paid transactions and Total transactions amount. Click a row to open Transaction details with the payment method, Transaction ID and buttons Client profile and Go to product. Hide test orders is ticked by default; untick it to see your [TEST] order from step 5. Export to CSV downloads the current view.

Good to know

Zanfia connects to your Stripe account in live mode, so a card payment on a published checkout is a real charge. Use Test purchase (step 5) to rehearse the whole flow; if you want to see a real payment come through, make a small purchase yourself and refund it from Stripe.

What happens next

  • The customer's side. After paying, the buyer receives the access email for the product and can log in to your customer area. Their record appears in Customers (/customers).
  • Paid transactions and invoices. A paid order shows Paid in the Status column; a small gear next to it offers Issue invoice once you connect an invoicing system in Integrations → Invoices.
  • Several gateways at once. You can connect more than one; each price decides which gateways it offers, and Manage on a gateway card lets you enable or disable it on all existing prices.
  • Free products. A free checkout never needs a gateway; its orders appear in Transactions as well.
