Manage your pages
Find, filter and sort your pages, read what each card shows, and use the page menu to open, publish, set as main page or delete a page.
Pages & funnels is the list of every hosted page in your account. From here you open a page in the editor, check whether it is live, see its signups and remove what you no longer need.
Open the list
In the sidebar choose Your site → Pages & Funnels (/sites/pages). New page or funnel in the top right starts a new page. The toggle next to it switches between the grid and the list view; your choice is remembered on this device. With no pages yet, the screen shows a single New page or funnel card.
Find a page
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search pages… | Matches the page title or its slug. |
| All / Published / Draft | Filters by status. Each option shows how many pages it would reveal. |
| All / Funnels / Single pages | Funnels shows pages that belong to a set or a funnel; Single pages shows the rest. |
| All page types | Filters by page type (for example Sales page or Thank-you page). Shown once your pages have more than one type. |
| Sort | Newest, Oldest, Recently updated, Name (A→Z), Name (Z→A). |
Filters reset every time you open the list. The sort order is remembered. When nothing matches you see "No pages match your search."
Read a page card
| Element | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Miniature | A live thumbnail of the page. |
| Draft / Published | The page's status. A draft is visible to your team only. |
| Main page | This page opens at the root of your site address. |
Title and /slug | The page name and its address after your site address. |
| Updated [date] | When the page last changed. |
| Funnel or a type tag | Funnel marks a page that has companion pages or belongs to a funnel. Other pages show their type, unless the type is Other. |
| Signups chip | For pages with a signup form: the number of signups. Click it to open the list of signups. |
Pages that were created as a set share one card in the grid: the main page on top and its companions (for example Thank-you page or Webinar room) as chips below, each with a status dot. Click a chip to open that page. In the list view every page has its own row and the companions are indented under their main page.
Use the page menu
Click a card or row to open the page in the editor. The arrow icon opens the page in a new tab, and the ⋯ menu holds the rest:
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Edit | Opens the page editor. |
| Go to page / Open draft preview (team only) | Opens the live page, or the team-only preview of a draft. Disabled until your site has an address. |
| Publish / Unpublish | Switches the status. You get "Page published" or "Page unpublished". In the list view the eye icon does the same. |
| Set as main page | Makes this page open at the root of your site address ("This page is now your storefront"). A draft shows Publish to set as main page instead. |
| Use product storefront | Shown on the current main page. Puts the product storefront back at the root ("Reverted to the product storefront"). |
| Delete | Removes the page after a confirmation. |
Only one page can be the main page: setting another one replaces the previous choice. The same setting is available in the storefront builder and in the site settings; see Site address and main page.
Delete a page
Choose Delete
Open the ⋯ menu of the page and click Delete.
Confirm
The confirmation Delete "[page title]"? warns: "This removes the page and its HTML. This cannot be undone." Click Delete. You get "Page deleted".
Good to know
Deleting removes one page only, together with the files attached to it. Companion pages of a set stay in the list until you delete them too. There is no duplicate action in the list: to reuse a page, open it, download its HTML from the Code view and upload it into a new blank page. If you delete or unpublish the page that is your main page, the root of your site shows the product storefront again.
