Account and workspace overview
A map of Settings in Zanfia: your personal account, the workspace, the team, login security, billing and usage, and where to get help.
Everything about your own Zanfia account lives in one place: Settings. This page explains the difference between your account and a workspace, what each Settings tab holds, and which article covers which task.
Account and workspace are two different things
| Concept | What it is | Where you manage it |
|---|---|---|
| Account | You as a person: your login email, name, photo, password, language and theme. One account can belong to several workspaces. | Settings → Account and Settings → Login & security |
| Workspace | One business or brand: its products, clients, orders, content, integrations, team and Zanfia plan. Each workspace is separate. | Settings → Workspace, Members, Billing, Usage |
Your first workspace is created together with your account. You can add more workspaces for other brands and you can be invited to workspaces owned by other people; see Create a second workspace and switch between them.
How to open Settings
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. The profile menu opens with Settings (/settings), Billing (/settings/billing), Manage team (/settings/members), API, MCP and CLI, Language, Theme, Help Center (/help), the AI credits balance and Logout. The top row of the menu, with your name and email, opens the list of your workspaces.
The Settings tabs
| Tab | Route | What it holds | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account | /settings/account | Profile (name and photo), Login email, Preferences (Theme, Language, Time zone, Experimental features) and Email notifications from Zanfia to you | Everyone |
| Workspace | /settings/workspace | Workspace name, Contact email, Support sender addresses, Checkout defaults, Email notifications about your customers, Timezone, Video quality, Transcription, Danger zone | Owner and Admin (Danger zone: Owner only) |
| Members | /settings/members | The team list, invitations and roles | Everyone (inviting and managing: Owner and Admin) |
| Login & security | /settings/security | Password, Two-factor authentication, Trusted devices, Login activity | Everyone |
| Billing | /settings/billing | Your Zanfia plan, payment method, billing details, Payment History, add-ons | Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer (changes: Owner only) |
| Usage | /settings/usage | Plan limits and how much you have used, AI credits, Transcription | Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer |
Settings that belong to other modules are not here: payment gateways, invoicing and other connections are under Integrations (see the Integrations overview), and the look of your public site is under Site & brand (see the Pages and storefront overview). Emails you receive about your customers are described in Notification emails you receive.
Your Zanfia plan
Your plan decides the limits of the workspace (published products, active customers, contacts, storage, AI credits, transcription minutes) and which features are unlocked. The meters are on the Usage tab. New accounts start with a free trial, described in Your free trial; limits are explained in Client limits and Product limits. Current prices are on the pricing page at https://zanfia.com/pricing/ and in the plan picker.
