Get help and contact support
Open the Help Center inside Zanfia, report a problem or suggest a feature, follow the conversation with the Zanfia team, and close a ticket when it is solved.
When something does not work or you have a question, you write to the Zanfia team without leaving the app. Every conversation is a ticket with its own status, so you always know whose turn it is. When you finish this article you will know how to send a ticket, reply, and close it.
Open the Help Center
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and choose Help Center (/help). The page opens inside the app. At the top are two buttons: Zanfia community and Knowledge base, which opens this help center in a new tab. Below is the Your support tickets list with the note We usually reply within 1 business day.
Send a ticket
Choose the kind of ticket
Click Report a problem when something is broken or unclear, or Suggest a feature when you have an idea. The two kinds are kept in separate lists: Issues and Feature ideas.
Describe it
Fill in the subject (Subject - what is this about?) and the message. "The more detail, the faster we can help": say what you did, what you expected and what happened, and include the address of the page.
Attach a screenshot or a recording
Drag files into the message area or click Attach file. Images (up to 10 MB), PDF files (up to 25 MB) and videos (up to 500 MB) are accepted.
Send
Click Send. You see Ticket sent - we'll get back to you soon and the ticket appears in the list with the status Open. A confirmation email "We received your request: [subject]" is sent to the workspace owner's address.
Follow the conversation
Notice the reply
When the team answers, a dot appears on your avatar and a number next to Help Center in the profile menu. An email with the subject "Re: [subject]" is sent as well; it contains the reply and a button to open the ticket.
Read and answer
Open the ticket. Replies from the team are signed Zanfia Support, yours are marked You. Type your answer, attach files if needed, and click Reply. Replying to the notification email also works: keep the subject as it is and your message is added to the same ticket.
Close the ticket
When the matter is solved, click Mark as resolved and confirm "Close this ticket? You can always reopen it by replying." The status changes to Resolved. Sending another reply reopens the ticket; there is no separate reopen button.
Ticket statuses
| Problem ticket | Feature idea | Meaning |

| In progress | Planned | The team is working on it |

| Fixed, awaiting release | Ready, awaiting release | Done, waiting to go live |
| Resolved | Shipped 🎉 | Closed |
| Declined | Not planned | Closed without a change |
The list opens on Open tickets; switch to Resolved or All to see closed ones. The search box above the list searches every ticket by subject and text, in all categories and statuses. Tickets that are waiting for your reply are shown first.
Good to know
You can also write to support@zanfia.com. Emails sent from your login email or your workspace's
Contact email are attached to your workspace's tickets automatically; add other addresses you
write from in Settings → Workspace under Support sender addresses. The AI Assistant can
file a ticket for you as well; see Report a problem from the
chat. A request for a longer trial appears in the list under
Account requests.
