Customize the thank-you page
See what a customer gets right after paying and change the thank-you page: your own texts, a custom button, a next-step card or a redirect.
After a successful payment (or a free signup) the customer lands on a thank-you page. When you finish, you will know what that page shows by default and how to replace its texts, button and next step per checkout.
What the customer sees by default
The page is shown in the product's language. Its default parts:
| Part | Default content |
|---|---|
| Headline | Thanks for your order! with a line saying a confirmation email is on its way (A confirmation email is on its way to you. If you don't see it, check the SPAM or OFFERS folder.) |
| Order summary | Order no., Confirmation sent to … with the email masked (first letter plus dots), the product name, image and description, and Paid amount. A free signup shows no paid amount. |
| Access button | Log in to access your purchase, with the explanation that the account is ready and a one-time code is sent to the email used at checkout. No password is needed. |
| Consultations, services | Book your session or Fill in your brief as the main button when the product has an external booking or brief link; otherwise a note that the creator will get in touch. The login button stays. |
The order summary is private to the buyer's own browser: the same link opened elsewhere shows the headline and the login button, but no order number, amount or email.
A payment cancelled at the payment provider shows There was a problem completing the transaction, the reassurance that nothing was charged, and a Retry payment button.
Change the page for one checkout
Open the After purchase view
Open the checkout in Offers → Checkouts (/checkouts/<id>) and switch the view at the top
from Editor to After purchase (/checkouts/<id>/after-purchase). The view maps what
happens after a purchase: Access granted, One-time offer, Thank-you page, Emails &
notifications and Automations. Click Thank-you page.
Pick the default page or a redirect
Under After a successful payment, the buyer sees choose The default thank-you page or A redirect to a custom page. A redirect needs a Redirect URL; the customer then never sees Zanfia's page. The rest of this article applies to the default page.
Replace the texts
Under Page content fill in Intro line, Headline and Message. Every field you leave empty keeps the default copy. The preview updates as you type; Open in a new tab shows the real page. Turn Show the order summary off to hide the order box.
Add your own button
Fill in Button label and Button link to replace Log in to access your purchase with a button of your own, for example a link to a welcome video.
Point the buyer at a next step
Under Next step pick No next step, Another offer (choose the Offer to show from your active checkouts), Your community or Custom link (uses the button link above). The card shows above the button with the Card headline, Card text and Card button label you set (defaults: One more thing before you go, Get it now, or Join the community).
Save
Click Save in the panel. The change applies to this checkout only; other checkouts of the same product keep their own settings. Clear the fields, switch the summary back on and save to return to the defaults.
Good to know
A One-time offer (a one-click extra offer shown before the thank-you page) is set up from the same After purchase view. If you enable one, the customer sees it first and reaches the thank-you page after accepting or declining. Booking reminder emails are not sent: the thank-you page and the customer's library are where a booking or brief link lives.
