Connect social media accounts

Connect Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn and Telegram so you can publish from Zanfia, check or renew a connection, and disconnect an account you no longer use.

Before you can publish a post from Zanfia, the social account has to be connected. When you finish, your accounts will show Connected, appear as targets in the composer, and you will know how to renew or remove a connection.

Plan

Social media publishing is available on Growth and above.

Which networks you can connect

NetworkWhat Zanfia publishesWhat you need
InstagramFeed posts, carousels, Stories and ReelsAn Instagram Creator or Business account
Facebook PagesPosts on the Pages you manageA Facebook account that manages at least one Page
LinkedInPosts on your profileA LinkedIn account
TelegramPosts (text and images) on your channelA Telegram channel where you can add administrators

Coming soon

The Threads, YouTube and TikTok cards show Coming soon and cannot be connected yet. X and Pinterest are listed as roadmap tiles. An account connected earlier keeps working and keeps its Manage button.

Connect an account

1

Open the accounts list

Go to Marketing → Social media (/marketing/social) and click Accounts next to the page title. With nothing connected the page opens on this list by itself. The same cards are also available under Integrations → Social media (/integrations/social-media). The heading Connected accounts shows how many accounts are connected.

2

Click Connect on a network

Each card is marked Not connected and has a Connect button. A window opens with a short explanation, for example Publish to LinkedIn from Zanfia, and one button: Connect Instagram, Connect Facebook or Connect LinkedIn.

3

Log in and grant access

The network's own login page opens. Log in and approve the requested permissions; Facebook also asks which Pages Zanfia may use. You come back to Zanfia by yourself and see Account connected successfully.

4

Check the card

The card now shows ● Connected with your account name (for Facebook: the names of the connected Pages) and a Manage button. The number on the Accounts tab goes up, and the account appears as a chip under Publish to in the composer.

Connect a Telegram channel

Telegram needs no login. Click Connect on the Telegram card and follow the two steps in the window: in Telegram, open your channel, go to Administrators and add the Zanfia bot as an administrator (posting permission is enough); then type your channel name (for example @mychannel) and click Connect channel. You see Telegram channel connected.

Manage or renew a connection

Manage on a connected card opens its details: the account, when it was connected and, for Instagram, how long the access is valid. Zanfia renews the access automatically before it expires. If the network refuses the renewal (for example after a password change or when access was revoked), the window shows Instagram needs to be reconnected and publishing is paused until you click Reconnect Instagram. For Facebook, Reconnect Facebook also refreshes the list when you created a new Page or one is missing.

Disconnect an account

1

Open Manage

Click Manage on the connected card, on Accounts or under Integrations → Social media.

2

Click Disconnect and confirm

Click the red Disconnect button and confirm the question, for example "Disconnect LinkedIn? Zanfia will no longer be able to publish to your profile." For Instagram the confirmation adds that Zanfia will no longer receive the account's messages.

3

Check the result

A message such as LinkedIn disconnected. appears, the window switches back to the connect screen and the card shows Connect again. The account disappears from the composer's targets.

Good to know

Disconnecting does not delete anything you already published; those posts stay live on the network. A scheduled post whose account was disconnected fails with "This account is no longer connected. Reconnect it in the Accounts tab and publish again." The WhatsApp card under Integrations → Social media is a messaging channel, not a publishing target: it opens the Inbox, described in WhatsApp inbox.
