The Dashboard and Operations

What the home screen of Zanfia shows on each tab, what the Pulse numbers mean, and how to work through failed payments, email problems and win-back opportunities on the Operations tab.

The Dashboard (/dashboard) is the first screen you see after logging in. It answers two questions: how is the business doing, and does anything need your attention right now. This article walks through its tabs and then through Operations, the tab that collects everything that needs fixing or is worth winning back.

The tabs

TabAddressWhat it shows
Pulse/dashboardThe key numbers, the revenue trend, live activity and recent purchases. Described below.
Products/dashboard?view=productsHow your products did over the last 30 days and which of them wait for your reaction.
MRR/dashboard?view=mrrRecurring revenue: current MRR and ARR, subscription statistics, MRR over time, split by product.
Analytics/dashboard?view=analyticsThe sales funnel (sessions and conversions) and a table of checkouts with their conversion rate.
Live/dashboard?view=liveWho is in your checkouts right now.
Operations/dashboard?view=operationsProblems to fix and revenue to win back. Described below.
Assistant/dashboard?view=assistantA conversation with your AI assistant.

Team members whose role does not include reports see only Operations and Assistant, and land on Operations.

To the right of the tabs there are two buttons:

  • Your site opens your public site in a new tab. The arrow next to it offers Open site, Copy link and Site settings (/site). The button appears once your site has an address; until then the Dashboard shows the notice Your site is not published yet with a Set up the site button.
  • Create starts a new product with AI (/products/new). The arrow next to it offers New product with AI, New product (classic), New checkout, New discount code and New client access.

Pulse

Four cards sit at the top. Clicking a card opens the matching report, client list or product.

CardMeaning
Revenue · last 30 daysRevenue from paid orders in the last 30 days, with the change against the previous 30 days.
Active customersClients with at least one active product access. The line below shows the total number of clients and how many joined in the last 30 days.
MRR or Top productWith active subscriptions: monthly recurring revenue, with ARR below. Without them: your best-selling product of the last 30 days.
Lifetime revenueTotal revenue from all paid orders, marked all-time.

Below the cards you find the Revenue trend chart with a View full report → link, the assistant's hints, Live activity (people in your checkouts at the moment) and Recent purchases.

Until your first product exists, the chart is replaced by the assistant asking for your idea and by the Steps to your first sale checklist: create your first product, Make a test purchase (test mode) and Connect a payment gateway. See Launch your first product.

Operations

Operations watches your account continuously. When nothing is wrong, the tab shows one card: All clear, Nothing needs your attention - we're keeping watch., and the list of monitored areas under Monitoring continuously.

When something happens, the top of the tab shows a summary such as 2 things need fixing · 3 worth winning back, the amount at risk in failed payments, and one tile per area with its count. Clicking a tile scrolls to that area's card. Areas with nothing in them stay on the board with all good.

AreaWhat lands thereKindWhat you can do
SubscriptionsSubscription and installment charges that failed, with the reason and next retry.FixRetry (asks Retry this charge now? first) or open the Recovery link.
InvoicesPaid orders whose invoice could not be issued. Shown only with an invoicing integration connected.FixRetry issuing the invoice.
New purchasesFirst purchases where the payment failed.FixOpen the row and use View in Orders or Customer profile.
EmailDelivery problems such as Bounced or Spam complaint.FixOpen the row to see which message was affected.
AutomationsAutomation errors and warnings.FixOpen the row for the details.
CheckoutsPeople who started a checkout and did not finish.Win backCopy email, or Copy all emails (N) for the whole list.
RenewalsClients whose access ends soon, with a countdown.Win backCopy link to send them the renewal link.

Working with the list:

  • Each area shows its first three rows; Show all (N) expands the rest and Show less folds them back.
  • Click a row to open its details: product, amount, dates and links to the order or the client.
  • The × on a row dismisses it: Dismissed - it will return if it happens again., with Undo. Dismissed rows move to the Dismissed card at the bottom, where Restore brings them back.
  • Retry on a subscription charges the client's card immediately, so it always asks for confirmation.

The red counter on the tab

The Operations tab shows a red number when new problems arrived since you last opened it. It counts only the Fix areas: abandoned checkouts and upcoming renewals never raise it. The counter clears once the list is on screen, and it is remembered per browser, so a different browser or device starts from its own count.

Good to know

The areas link to the rest of the app: a failed subscription charge is explained in Failed payments and retries, an abandoned checkout in Recover abandoned checkouts, and a failed invoice in Automatic invoices.
