From signup to a live product

Create a Zanfia account, let the AI build your first product from one sentence, publish it, and open your checkout link the way a customer sees it.

At the end of this guide you have a Zanfia account, one published product and a checkout link that works for anyone you send it to. The guide follows the shortest route: a free product built by the AI from one or two sentences, so nothing here asks for a credit card or a payment setup.

Before you start, have these ready:

  • An email inbox you can open (or a Google account). The login code arrives there.
  • One or two sentences about what you want to offer, for example "A free 5-day watercolor mini-course for complete beginners, with one short exercise per day."

1. Create your account

Go to https://app.zanfia.com/auth/register. The panel is titled Start your Zanfia trial. You have two ways in:

  • Continue with Google: pick your Google account and you are in.
  • The email form: type your address in Enter your email, tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and click Send code.

With the email form the screen changes to Verify your email and shows Code sent to your address. Open the email Your Zanfia login code: … and type the six digits into Verification code. The last digit submits the form by itself. If nothing arrives, Resend code becomes clickable after a one-minute countdown.

The form never asks for a name, a password or a card. After the code is accepted you land on the welcome screen at /welcome.

In depth: Create your account.

2. Describe your product

The welcome screen is titled Your first product and greets you with Hi! Let's build your first product. This is the Magic Box: you describe the product and the AI builds it.

  1. Type one or two sentences into Describe your product idea…. Say who it is for and what they get. If the product should be free, say so.
  2. Click Create.

What you may see on the way:

  • Two or three words are not enough. The screen answers Add a little more - describe in 1–2 sentences what you want to sell or teach. and waits for more.
  • No idea yet? Pick a card under No idea? Start from a ready-made template: or click Show me other ideas for a new set.
  • Already have a website? Have a website? Start from it - I'll suggest products → lets you paste its address and get product suggestions.

Two links skip the AI: Skip for now takes you to the dashboard, and Prefer the classic way? Create a product → opens the manual wizard. Both leave you with the same product editor later on.

In depth: Build a product with the Magic Box and Launch your first product.

3. Review the draft the AI built

A short animation runs through Analyzing your idea…, Designing your product… and Almost there…, then ends with Ready! Meet your new product and shows the product's cover and name. You land inside the product's editor, not on the dashboard.

Check three things before you publish:

  • The status. The tag next to the product name reads Draft. Nothing is visible to customers yet.
  • The content. The first tab is named after the product type (for example Course or Community) and already holds a drafted structure. For a course that means modules and lessons, all drafts.
  • The checkout. Open the Checkouts tab. One draft checkout exists with the price the AI chose; a free product shows a Free tag.

Click the product name to rename it. If the draft missed the point, the link Not quite? Tweak & regenerate in the header lets you edit the idea and build a fresh draft in its place; it is offered only while the product is an untouched draft.

In depth: The product hub and Set a product cover image.

4. Publish

Right after the build, a callout says Your checkout is ready. Publish it to get your shareable link. Click its button, Publish & get your link.

  • With a free checkout the product goes live at once. There is no question window and no payment setup.
  • With a paid checkout, or whenever you use the Publish button in the header instead, the Publish [name]? window opens. It lists the product's checkouts with the default one ticked; confirm with Publish. A paid checkout without a payment gateway shows Paid checkouts need a connected payment gateway before they can go live. with a Connect button. Connecting a gateway is covered in Take your first sale.

After publishing, the status tag changes to Published and a window titled [name] is live 🎉 shows your full customer link with two buttons: Copy link and Open.

If publishing is refused

Each plan includes a number of published products. When it is used up, you see Published product limit reached with an Upgrade plan button. Unpublishing another product frees the spot. See Product limits.

Click Copy link in the [name] is live 🎉 window and paste the address into a private (incognito) browser window. You should see your checkout page on your own site address, with the product name and its price. You do not need to set up the address first: Zanfia created it together with your account.

For a free product the page is a short signup form: Email address and First Name, with a Get Access button. If you want to test the whole path, sign up with a second email address of yours. You land on the thank-you page, Thanks for your order!, where Log in to access your purchase leads to the product. Back in the app, the signup appears in Transactions (/orders) and the person in Customers (/customers).

You can get the same link at any time: in the product's left column open Share & preview and choose Copy checkout link.

In depth: Checkout fields and quick payment, Customize the thank-you page and Orders and transactions.

6. Check your trial and your inbox

Your account runs on a free trial from the moment it is created. Two places show where you stand:

  • The profile menu (the avatar in the bottom-left corner) shows how many days are left, with a Choose a plan link.
  • Settings → Billing (/settings/billing) shows the trial banner with an Upgrade now button.

Your inbox holds a welcome email from Zanfia. Reminders follow as the end of the trial approaches. If the trial ends before you pick a plan, the app locks and your checkouts pause until you choose one; nothing you built is deleted.

In depth: Your free trial.
