List view in the media library, a legal footer in the customer portal, search in the Help Center, and cleaner automation tokens
The media library gets a list view with full file names, every page of your customer portal shows a footer with your terms and privacy policy, the Help Center searches your own tickets, automations use one set of recipient tokens with a fallback, and MCP clients stop asking before every read.
🗂️ Media, portal and Help Center
- New List view in the media library. Media now has a grid / list switch in the page header. The list shows every file with its full name (no truncation), a type badge, folder and usage, size and upload date, with the same selection and delete actions as the tiles. Your choice is remembered on the device.
- Improved A footer on every customer portal page. Every logged-in page of your customer portal, including the course player, ends with a slim footer that links your terms and privacy policy, the custom footer links and the contact details you already keep under storefront settings. Nothing to set up if those are filled in.
- Improved Search your Help Center tickets. The Help Center in your panel has a search box above the ticket list. It matches the subject, your original report, the last reply and the ticket id, and searches across all categories and statuses.
- Improved The assistant knows your tickets. Ask the assistant where a ticket stands and it lists your Help Center tickets with their status, your report and the latest reply from us.
⚙️ Automations and the assistant
- Improved One set of recipient tokens, with a fallback. Automation e-mails and SMS steps now offer
{{firstName}},{{lastName}},{{fullName}}and{{email}}, and accept a fallback for missing data:{{firstName|there}}. Existing automations that used the older{{clientFirstName}}spelling were converted for you; the old spelling is no longer recognized in new steps. - Improved The assistant edits more of an automation. It can change the URL of a webhook step, add or remove prices on a price condition (only prices that are on a live checkout), and report your subscription churn month by month. Edits arrive as cards you approve first.
- Fixed An interrupted assistant answer is retried. When the model stopped mid-answer, you used to get half a reply. The assistant now retries the turn, continuing from what it already wrote, and switches to the backup model if the retry fails too.
🧩 API, MCP and forms
- API MCP read tools are read-only for your client. Every list, get, search, preview and diagnose tool now carries the read-only annotation, so Claude and other MCP clients stop asking for confirmation before each read. On the OAuth consent screen you can untick the scopes you do not want to grant; the connection gets only the ones you leave checked. New MCP tools: subscription cohort stats, subscription churn by month, simple webhook creation, and the two automation edits above. Learn more
- Improved Embed a signup form as your own HTML. The form editor's Embed on your site section has a new Own HTML / Iframe switch. The HTML tab gives you a ready snippet with the form markup and the small script that submits it, so the form inherits your site's styles instead of sitting in an iframe. Learn more
🎨 Pages, sales and billing
- Improved AI page generation keeps facts and copy apart. Prices, dates, links, names and quotes are used exactly as you gave them or marked clearly as missing, never invented; headlines, benefits and calls to action are always written, even from a thin brief. Each page intent gets its own art direction with a matching Google Fonts pairing, and a rebuild redesigns the page instead of re-skinning it.
- Fixed The failed-payment card shows only unpaid orders. The New purchases · payment failed card on the dashboard no longer lists customers whose payment went through on a later attempt.
- Fixed Subscriptions ended in the last 30 days are counted. The product hub tile and the product stats showed 0 ended subscriptions regardless of what happened. The count is right again.
- Fixed MailerLite migration names a rejected key. When your stored MailerLite API key is rejected (for example an older MailerLite Classic key), the migration wizard now says the key needs reconnecting with a new-API token instead of marking every category as unavailable on your MailerLite plan.
- Fixed Discount codes limited to selected prices save again. Creating or editing a discount code restricted to specific prices of a product used to fail with a generic error for products created in the new version. The code saves and applies as expected, also from the checkout builder.
- Fixed Your store page shows your content even without a public product. A store with only draft products used to fall back to a generic title, no description, no footer contact and no social links. It now shows everything you saved under store settings.
- Fixed Spaces around the consent links in the checkout. The consent sentence in the checkout form had the terms and privacy links glued to the surrounding words.
- Improved Archived plans in the premiere offer card. If you are on one of the earlier plans, the yearly offer card under Billing now labels it Archived plan and marks the suggested tier as Recommended instead of Your plan.
