E-mail marketing for every Growth, Pro and Scale account

Marketing → Email campaigns is open on Growth and higher, with no early access needed. Write campaigns in an editor that matches the sent e-mail, send to a segment or to everyone subscribed, read opens, clicks and revenue per campaign, run actions when a link is clicked, and let people unsubscribe on a page under your own address.

E-mail campaigns are now included in the Growth, Pro and Scale plans, with no early access needed. Older Advanced and Professional plans keep them too. On Starter and during the trial, Marketing → Email campaigns shows what the feature does and an upgrade path to Growth. Your plan's monthly e-mail allowance is shown under Settings → Usage, and campaigns count against it.

✍️ Writing a campaign

  • New An editor that matches the sent e-mail. The sheet has the width, fonts, margins and headings of the e-mail your readers receive, with a Content width control and line height on the design rail. Links use the e-mail link color, lists indent the same way on both sides, and the toolbar stays in view while a long e-mail scrolls.
  • New Dictate it. A dictation bar under the body and a microphone on the subject field put your words in as you say them. Tidy up only fixes punctuation and paragraphs, so the text stays yours.
  • New Variables, countdowns and buttons. The {{ }} toolbar button inserts first name, last name, full name or e-mail at the cursor. The Countdown button adds a live timer image for a deadline or an event start. Buttons are their own block with a URL and a style.
  • New Footer you can see and edit. Under the sheet you see the sender name, the "Sent to" line, the unsubscribe link and your postal address, each with a pencil that opens a small dialog. You can also put an unsubscribe link anywhere in the body from the personalization rail, change the wording of the footer link, and edit the plain-text version of the e-mail on the send step.
  • New Draft history and test sends. History in the editor lists earlier versions of the draft and restores any of them. The test-send dialog shows the sender fields it will use; a test carries a working unsubscribe link that never touches real subscriptions.
  • New Several sending domains. Site → Domains lists every verified sending domain with its own From address and a default one. New campaigns start from the default address, and replies go to the From address unless you set a Reply-To. Sending domains no longer forward bounce notification e-mails to you; bounces show in the campaign report instead.

👥 Who receives it

  • New Everyone subscribed, or a segment. Pick all subscribed customers or any saved segment; the segment is resolved again at send time. Before you send, the button tells you how many people the send reaches and how much of your monthly allowance is left, and stops if the send would go over it.
  • Improved Unsubscribe on your own address. The unsubscribe link in every campaign opens a page under your site address, with your logo, accent color and sender name, in the language the e-mail was sent in. It offers to stop SMS too, and one-click unsubscribe from mail apps works. Unsubscribing also updates the customer's e-mail subscription in Customers.
  • Improved E-mail your buyers for a testimonial. On a product's Testimonials tab, Email your buyers explains that it creates a buyers segment and a draft campaign, and sends nothing until you confirm.
  • Improved Campaigns on the calendar. Marketing → Social media → Calendar shows scheduled e-mail campaigns as read-only chips next to your posts.

📊 After sending

  • New Two screens: E-mail and Statistics. A sent campaign opens on Statistics: tiles for delivered, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and attributed revenue, a delivery card with the whole funnel, and a switch in the top bar to the rendered e-mail at full width.
  • New Opens and clicks, by consent. Recipients who agreed to tracking give you opens, clicks and per-link numbers, and a last engaged date on their customer page. Audience forms have a tracking-consent checkbox for this.
  • New Which link, which wording, who clicked. The links table shows the wording people actually clicked above the address, the last click as relative time, and Who clicked opens the recipients who clicked that link with a jump to the customer page.
  • New Revenue per campaign. An order placed within five days of a click on a campaign link is attributed to that campaign, and the report shows the attributed orders and revenue.
  • Improved Recipients by status. Instead of one long table, the recipients card starts with status chips and counts: delivered, being delivered, bounced, complaints, failed, skipped. Pick a chip to see that list. Delivery problems are described in plain words.
  • New Actions when a link is clicked. Any link, and now any button, can add tags, remove tags or add the reader to an automation when clicked. Set them from the bolt icon in the link or button popover; the send step lists every link that carries actions.
  • New Personalized link addresses. {{email}} and other variables inside a link address are filled in per recipient, so a campaign link can carry the reader's e-mail to a landing page.
  • New Automations driven by your audience. An automation can start when someone subscribes to an audience or when a subscriber has been inactive for a number of days, with the conditions has tag and engaged within, a set e-mail subscription action, and a ready-made re-engagement recipe.
  • New Bring your sending history. Import from a mailing tool in the campaigns menu imports sent campaigns from MailerLite as history, so your past sends sit next to the new ones.

🔌 Assistant, API, CLI and MCP

  • New Ask the assistant about a campaign. It reports opens, clicks, rates and the most-clicked links, lists who clicked a given link, and can add or remove link actions on a draft.
  • API Campaigns in the Workspace API. Create, send and read campaigns, with linkActions per link, GET /campaigns/{id}/links for per-link stats with the clicked wording, linkId on the recipients endpoint and openCount per recipient. The CLI has zanfia campaigns links and campaigns recipients --link; MCP has list-campaign-links. Learn more
