ImprovedAPI
SMS campaigns are part of Growth, Pro and Scale
Sending SMS campaigns is now a Growth, Pro and Scale feature, also available during the trial. SMS steps in automations, the SMS provider connection and phone capture stay on every plan.
- Improved SMS campaigns on Growth and up. Creating and sending SMS campaigns under Marketing → SMS campaigns is part of the Growth, Pro and Scale plans, and stays available during the trial. On Starter the screen shows what the feature does and a move to Growth. Accounts on the earlier Advanced and Professional plans keep it. SMS steps inside automations, the SMS provider connection and collecting phone numbers are not affected and work on every plan.
- API Workspace API, MCP and the assistant follow the plan. Creating or sending an SMS campaign through the API on a plan without the feature answers 403 with
feature_not_available; the MCP tools and the assistant's SMS campaign tools are offered only on plans that include it. Learn more
