Community channels with several roles, plan purchases without Polish VAT for exempt businesses, your thank-you message on its own

👥 Community and client area

• Fixed Several roles stack. A member with more than one role sees a channel when any of those roles, other than the base Member role, explicitly allows it. A "no access" role from one group no longer hides the channels another role grants, so people in two cohorts see both sets of channels.
• Improved No messages icon until you write first. In a client area with customer messages turned off, a customer who has no conversation with you does not see the messages icon. The icon and the thread appear the moment you send that customer a message.

💳 Billing

• Fixed Net prices for reverse-charge businesses. If your billing profile in Zanfia is marked as VAT exempt or reverse charge, a plan change, the prepaid year and credit packs are now charged net, without Polish VAT, and an existing subscription switches to the same rule before a plan change. Write to support to have your profile marked.
• Improved The yearly price in full. Settings → Billing → Change plan → yearly billing: each card shows the monthly equivalent, the full net amount for the year, and how much you save compared with twelve monthly payments.
• Fixed Access comes back after a successful retry. When a subscription renewal failed and the customer's access was archived, and the payment provider's later retry then succeeded, the access stayed archived. It now returns to active on its own, with the product's customer counts corrected.
• Improved Paying by bank transfer. Accounts billed by invoice instead of a card see "Paid by transfer until …" under Settings → Billing, get a reminder e-mail 30 and 7 days before that date and a notice when it passes, and keep working for two more weeks before the account locks.

🛒 Checkout and products

• Improved Your thank-you message on its own. When a checkout or product has a custom thank-you message, the page shows your message and the login button, without the standard "your account is ready" hint. Clear the message and the hint is back.
• Fixed Product addresses are yours per account. Changing a product's address no longer fails because another creator uses the same one, and product, course and newsletter archive pages on your site always open your product, not one with the same address elsewhere.
• Improved Customer filters in one place. On Customers, the has phone number and SMS consent filters moved from the toolbar into the Filter panel under an SMS section, and the access filter became a titled Product access choice: any, has access to something, no access at all.

📱 Mobile

• Mobile Videos in knowledge base articles and lessons. Videos from your media library embedded in a knowledge base article or a lesson body play in the mobile app instead of showing an empty page, and an article that no longer exists shows "Nothing here" instead of an error. Delivered as an over-the-air update, no store update needed.
