ImprovedFixedAPI
Who unsubscribed from a campaign, abandoned-cart conditions that see failed payments, attach images to the assistant
The campaign report lists who unsubscribed and jumps from any statistic to the matching recipients, big sends go out faster, abandoned-cart automations can tell a failed payment from a plain drop-off and reopen the buyer's filled-in form, hidden community channels stay hidden in chat too, and the assistant composer has a paperclip.
✉️ Campaigns
- Improved From a number to the people behind it. On a sent campaign, the delivered, being delivered, bounced, complaints, failed, unsubscribed and skipped rows are clickable: the recipients card opens on that group. A new Unsubscribed group lists who opted out through this campaign's link, with the date in the details column. The Workspace API and MCP accept
unsubscribed=trueon the recipients list. Learn more - Improved Big sends finish sooner. A campaign sending on its own uses most of the account's sending speed instead of a fixed share. When two campaigns run at the same time they share it, and the first one speeds up again as soon as the other finishes.
- Improved More personalization names accepted.
{{clientFirstName}},{{clientLastName}}and{{clientEmail}}work in campaign e-mails alongside the short forms, so drafts written with the longer names render real values instead of the raw tag.
⚡ Automations
- Fixed Abandoned-cart conditions see failed payments. The condition "the abandoned checkout had a failed payment" now gets real data from every payment method, card or otherwise, so a workflow can treat a declined card differently from a plain drop-off. The
{{checkoutUrl}}variable in those e-mails reopens the buyer's checkout with their details filled in, the same link the manual Recover e-mail sends.
👥 Communities
- Improved Hidden channels stay hidden in chat. Chat messages and thread replies of a channel a member's roles do not allow are now unreadable for that member at the data level, not only hidden in the interface. Members whose roles allow a channel see no change.
🤖 Assistant
- Improved Attach an image with a click. The assistant composer has a paperclip next to the microphone that opens a file picker, in addition to pasting and dragging images in. Up to four images per message. Ask the assistant how to attach an image and it names exactly these three ways.
