Two-step embedded checkout, refunds that wait for the bank, shared sending domains

🛒 Checkout and sales

• Improved Embedded checkout in two steps. When a buy button on your own site opens the Zanfia checkout in a side panel or a window, the form now asks for contact and billing details first, then shows a summary line (name, e-mail, Change) with the payment methods, consents, coupon and order bumps. Details are kept when the buyer goes back. The standalone checkout page is unchanged.
• Fixed Express payment block hides when there is no wallet. The "Quick payment" heading no longer stands over an empty row on devices or domains where Apple Pay or Google Pay is not available.
• Fixed Refunds through BLIK and Przelewy24 wait for the bank. Archiving a customer with "refund the last payment" on an order paid through Stripe with BLIK or Przelewy24 used to show a refund error, because the bank confirms these refunds later. The order now shows the refund as pending and switches to refunded when the confirmation arrives; the "Order refunded" automation trigger fires at that moment. A refund the bank rejects is recorded as such.
• Fixed Clear message when no invoicing account is selected. With several invoicing integrations connected and none picked on the checkout, the order's invoice error on Transactions and in the Dashboard operations list now says exactly that, with the number of connected accounts, and no longer ends with "Unknown error".

📧 E-mail sending domains

• Improved One sending domain, several workspaces. A domain you already send from in one workspace can be added to another one of yours: the DNS table shows the same DKIM records plus that workspace's own ownership record, and the domain becomes verified there once that record is published. Removing the domain from one workspace no longer affects the others.
• Improved Ownership record for new sending domains. A newly added sending domain now needs one extra TXT record, _zanfia-verify.<your-domain>, listed first in the DNS table. It proves the domain is yours and gets checked together with the DKIM records by Check status. Domains that are already verified need nothing new.

👥 Customers

• Improved Contact import skips mistyped addresses. A file or pasted list with a few invalid e-mails (a typo like gmail.come) no longer fails as a whole. The review step shows how many contacts are ready and lists the addresses that will be skipped, with a copy button, before you start the import. Pasting several addresses on one line keeps all of them.

⚙️ Automations and the app

• Improved Error messages in your language. Failed automation steps in the runs list, transcription alerts on videos, and assistant actions whose saved data went stale now explain what happened in the language of your panel instead of an English sentence. Rows created before this change keep their original text.
• Improved "Customer archived in product" trigger explained. The trigger's description now names the automatic paths that archive a customer: end of a timed access period and end of a subscription. If your automation should react when a one-time timed access runs out, add the Access period ended trigger.
• Fixed Billing opens on complimentary and legacy plans. Settings → Billing no longer fails on a workspace whose plan was granted outside Stripe, and no "Next payment" date is shown when nothing is going to be charged.
• Improved Plan cards say what each plan is for. The plan picker in Billing lists a few highlights per plan, matching the pricing page, and the active-clients limit explains who counts as a client.
