Certificates carry your brand, faster Instagram inbox, verified community sign-up
Certificates show your site title as the issuer (or no issuer block at all), the Instagram inbox opens in seconds and imports history in the background, joining a free community requires a verified e-mail, invoice errors show the real message, a deleted lesson no longer blocks course completion, revoked certificates can be re-issued from the assistant and the API, and buyers from 14 more countries can check out.
π Courses and certificates
- Fixed Certificates name your brand as the issuer. The Issuer block on a certificate now uses your site title from Site settings, with the account name as a fallback. It used to print the internal account name (for example "Anna's workspace"). Previews in the certificate editor show the same name instead of a sample brand. Certificates issued earlier keep their PDF; revoke and re-issue them from Customers β Certificates to send a corrected copy.
- Improved Hide the issuer block. The advanced certificate editor lets you switch off the Issuer element when your design already carries the brand elsewhere.
- Fixed A deleted lesson no longer blocks completion. When a student had opened a lesson that you later removed from the course, finishing the remaining lessons now marks the course as completed and issues the certificate. Use the completion re-check in the course settings to catch up students who finished before this fix.
- API Re-issue revoked certificates in bulk. Asking the assistant to issue
certificates again, or calling the issue endpoint from the Workspace API, CLI, or MCP, can now
include students whose certificate you revoked: pass
reissueRevokedand they get a fresh certificate instead of being skipped as "already issued". The dashboard's Re-issue action is unchanged. Learn more
π¬ Community and inbox
- Fixed Instagram inbox opens in seconds. Communication β Instagram no longer re-downloads the whole conversation history every time you open the tab. The first import after connecting runs in the background and the tab shows its progress; a manual sync only fetches what is new.
- Fixed Owners and team members can edit their own community profile. Saving your name, avatar, or bio in a community you run works again; previously only customers could save theirs.
- Improved Joining a free community starts with a verified e-mail. A visitor who joins a free community from its public page enters a login code first; membership and the welcome e-mail follow only after the address is confirmed, so no purchase or "new order" e-mails go out for a free join.
- Fixed Joining with a two-factor account works. A visitor whose Zanfia account has two-factor authentication enabled is taken straight to the password and 2FA step of the join dialog instead of waiting for a login code that never applies to such accounts. The dialog's texts and its error colors in dark mode are fixed as well.
π³ Sales and invoices
- Fixed Invoice errors show the real reason. When wFirma rejects an invoice, the order's invoice tooltip now shows the message wFirma returned (for example a validation problem with the buyer's details) instead of "Unknown error", so you know what to fix before re-issuing.
- Improved Access end date label in purchase e-mails. The row that shows when access ends reads "Access active until" in the default purchase e-mail, the editor placeholder, and the sent e-mail alike.
- Improved 14 more countries at checkout. Buyers from Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and the United Arab Emirates can pick their country in the checkout and in invoice details.
βοΈ Automations and lists
- Fixed "Add to list" steps keep their saved selection. Opening an automation step that adds a contact to an ActiveCampaign or Kit list no longer replaces the saved list, tags, or field values with every option the provider offers. Saving a step you had only opened no longer changes it.
- Fixed Automations tab layout. On the product's Automations tab the run count no longer overlaps the Active switch.
- Improved Clearer list pickers with several provider accounts. When you have more than one ActiveCampaign or Kit account connected, the mailing steps in the workflow builder show an Account row and then plain list names, instead of repeating the account address on every list and tag.
- Fixed Callout blocks reach the inbox. The highlighted callout block from the e-mail editor is rendered in the e-mails your automations send, with its icon and background, instead of arriving as plain text.
- Fixed Customers search box stays empty. The browser no longer autofills your own e-mail address into the search box on the Customers list.
- Fixed No password-manager icon on your name. The first and last name fields in Settings β Profile no longer get the fill icon that password managers add to login fields.
