E-mail a customer from their card, duplicate lessons and modules, BLIK order-bump fix

Write one-off e-mails to a customer straight from the customer card or the Inbox, copy a lesson or a whole module in one click, and recurring BLIK now charges an order bump only once.

✉️ Customer e-mails

  • New Send an e-mail from the customer card. Write a message on a customer card now offers two channels: an in-app message in the Inbox, or an e-mail. The e-mail window opens with your account's default sender (site name, verified sending domain, contact address as reply-to); Change lets you adjust the sender for this one message. By default the e-mail goes out as a plain note; switch on Branded frame to wrap it in your e-mail design.
  • New E-mails tab on the customer card and in the Inbox. Every customer card lists the e-mails you sent them, with drafts and a read-only view of sent messages. The Inbox has a new E-mail tab: one row per customer with the latest subject, a Drafts filter, and New e-mail to pick a customer and start writing.
  • New Ask the assistant to write it. "Write and send an e-mail to Anna about the new module" produces a draft and an approval card; Review or edit draft opens the same e-mail window, and approving sends what you edited.

👥 Customers

  • Improved Tags and Segment filters on the Customers list. Tags have their own Tags button next to Filter, with a search box over the list so a long tag list is easy to narrow; the Filter panel gained a Segment select, so you can list exactly the customers a saved segment contains. Both show as chips above the table.
  • Improved "Show customers" from Tags and Segments. On the Tags and Segments pages, the name of a tag or segment is a link (and each row has a Show customers action) that opens the Customers list already filtered to it.
  • Improved Faster "Subscribed" filter on large lists. Filtering the Customers list by e-mail subscription status on an account with tens of thousands of customers answers in about a second instead of half a minute. Paging also scrolls the table into view so the loading state is visible from the pager.
  • Improved A calmer customer card. The left rail shows the e-mail on one line with a copy icon, and three labelled quick actions: Message, Access, Testimonial. Tags moved fully into the Profile tab; clicking the customer's name opens the Profile in edit mode.
  • Improved Profile tab tidied up. The e-mail address lives in the Contact card (with previous addresses when there are any), e-mail and SMS consent share one Marketing consent card, the Lifecycle card is now Details, and changing a customer's e-mail happens in a small dialog.
  • Improved Inbox details. The channel tabs read Messages, E-mail, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram; the back arrow when you arrive from a customer card sits in the title row; the customer search field no longer triggers the browser's password manager.
  • Fixed Instagram sync works on busy inboxes. Syncing Instagram conversations into the Inbox no longer fails when Meta asks for smaller batches: the sync adapts its page size and keeps going, so large DM histories load instead of ending in an error.

🎓 Courses and purchases

  • New Duplicate a lesson or a whole module. The lesson menu in the course editor and in the outline has Duplicate lesson; the module menu has Duplicate module, which copies every lesson with its content, attachments, quiz questions, media, and drip settings. Copies land as drafts right below the original.
  • Improved "Access active until" in the purchase confirmation. When a purchase grants time-limited access that does not renew, the confirmation e-mail shows the end date instead of a next payment date.
  • Improved Price description on the product page. A product with a single active price shows that price's description under the amount on its storefront page.

🛒 Checkout and payments

  • Fixed Order bumps with recurring BLIK are charged once. A one-time order bump added to a BLIK subscription is charged with the first payment only; renewals and the consent registered with the buyer's bank carry the subscription price alone.
  • Fixed BLIK icon on subscription price cards. A subscription price that accepts recurring BLIK shows the BLIK icon in the Payment methods row of the checkout price card.
  • Fixed Backing out of Stripe Connect shows a message. If you cancel on Stripe's consent screen, the Payments page says the connection was cancelled instead of returning silently.
  • Fixed Certificate verification for older certificates. The public verification page resolves re-issued certificates and old QR codes instead of showing an error.

🤖 Assistant

  • Improved More you can do from chat. The assistant can edit the e-mail inside an existing automation step (append a block or replace subject and body, with your approval), tag or untag customers by e-mail, re-link a price to a plan, list inactive prices, propose a renewal offer for a price, and summarize the steps of an automation.

📣 Social

  • Fixed LinkedIn shows up in Social statistics. A connected LinkedIn profile appears in Statistics with a manual follower count you can type in (LinkedIn does not expose follower numbers automatically). Published LinkedIn posts have Remove from LinkedIn in the post menu.
